Casall Foam skipping rope

The skipping rope is the ultimate training tool for improving coordination, explosiveness, and endurance. It has padded handles for an even more comfortable and secure grip.

• Maximum adjustable rope length 300 cm
• To adjust: 1. Open the handle by removing the plastic button. 2. Pull on the rope and move the stopper to the desired length. If necessary, cut off a bit of the rope length. 3. Close the handle by placing the plastic button back in position.
• Do not use on asphalt or other rough surfaces, as this will damage the rope.
