Tunturi Aqua bag

Training with water

The Aquabag ( Tunturi ) is the perfect tool for training in instability. Water has a certain slowness of movement, which makes training with an aquabag more intense than with a relatively stable sandbag. You can influence the degree of instability. The less water you put in the bag, the easier the water moves and the harder the workout becomes. This is ideal for adjusting exercise intensity, allowing you to achieve many different training goals.

Forgotten muscles

During aquabag training, the body has to work hard to move or control unstable water. This allows you to train large muscle groups and muscles that are often forgotten. Unstable water demands perfect concentration and correction from the body. The water in the aquabag can easily be replaced by air to reinforce the bag, using the supplied air pump. The aquabag can be used for divers exercises, such as lifting, swinging and striking. The weight can be adjusted up to twenty kilos to suit your preferences.
